SERVICE LEVELS
Keyways publishing who produce the Journals and Directories shown, will always give clients both a verbal and written quotation on any advertising discussion before final agreement which will then be followed by a formal written confirmation of order for subsequent confirmed bookings.
In most cases payment is required upon publication where the client is sent an account advice together with a complimentary copy of the publication concerned.
SCAM PUBLISHING
Our advice to those wary of scam publishing would be to get written confirmation of final price and circulation figure before agreeing to anything. Asking to see a copy of the publication that is being discussed in advance of placing any firm order is essential.
Asking for the organisations website and a proper company email address of the person with whom you are dealing as well as their direct telephone line is also helpful.
(Personal email addresses and ‘websites under maintenance’ should always be treated with caution)
If one or more of these requirements cannot be satisfied proceed with caution!
